Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Kearney County Joint Planning Commission on the 16^th day of November 2026; 6:30 p.m. in the Assembly Room of the Kearney County Courthouse, in Minden, of Kearney County Nebraska to hear public comments on

• Clarify zoning language in Permitted Special Uses in Agricultural Residential (AGR) district 5.34 #4 Radio and television towers and transmitters to determine if this also includes telecommunication towers.

Questions or comments may be directed to the County Zoning Administrator Office at 308-832-2795.  An agenda and copy of proposed regulations for this meeting, kept continuously current, and available for public inspection at the office of the Zoning Administrator.  The agenda may be modified prior to such meeting.
