Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Kearney County Joint Planning Commission on the 13th day of July 2026; 6:00 p.m. in the Assembly Room of the Kearney County Courthouse, in Minden, of Kearney County Nebraska to hear public comments on

• Special Use Permit Application: 5.24 Permitted special uses #7 – Commercial and Industrial Uses, without outside storage of materials and equipment by Brian Shafer / Triple S Rentals to operate a millwright business & cold storage on a 19.56 acre tract of land in the NW ¼ of Section – 26 T-8 R-14 of Kearney County, otherwise known as 2096 36 Road.

Questions or comments may be directed to the County Zoning Administrator Office at 308-832-2795.  An agenda and copy of proposed regulations for this meeting, kept continuously current, and available for public inspection at the office of the Zoning Administrator.  The agenda may be modified prior to such meeting.
